How  We Intend to do it

  1. County Government Support.

The County Governments of Homa Bay, Migori, Siaya, Kisumu, Kisii, Nyamira all have Education Support Funds. In addition MCAs have systems of support in Education . From the Counties, we expect to have at least 40 million.

  • CDF Support

Members of Parliament Control a very significant amount of money for Education Support, we intend to approach 32 MPs. With Each MP contributing only 2 million shillings, we expect at least 60 million.

  • Nyanza Professionals and Business Leaders

We intend to approach leaders from Nyanza working in State Agencies and in the Academia and Business Sectors. From this group we expect to raise another 20 million

  • Private Foundations

Several Organizations have Foundations that support Education Systems. We intend to engage the Foundations in this Airlift program.

Tom Mboya University will work with Constituency ICT centers through the TMU Online Platform to train the sponsored students…

Link with Employers

The concept of “Pay Once, and gain perpetually” is the key selling point to all Partners. For Example, if Homa Bay County pays 20 million to Tom Mboya University to support 200 students in 2024, the same number of students will be supported in 2025 without the County Government releasing any single coin.

The same will happen to the CDF and other Foundation Contribution.
